The first way to do it is to make the presentation of your site as unique as possible. Remember one statement that more people are attracted towards the thing that looks and feel different from the rest of the common sites. For example, many sites like AOL and other sites allow easy loading of the pages.
Moreover, make the payment mode easy as well as flexible for the visitor. Cut down the number of steps to be performed for making payment to a minimum level. This will tempt the user interested in purchasing the product.
Don’t hamper the user. This is one of the important aspects of increasing the sale through Internet. It means that present the product in front of the user as it is. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver.
Last but not the least; don’t make the content or the presentation too long. This is would rather make the user feel bore or make them to flip on to another site. Make the presentation short and up to the point of the sale. Play with words and allow the user to think about the product even if he/she is not interested. This is the power of your web presentation that how good you tempt the visitor by making him feel comfortable.
